First Annual Classic Car Show

The Concord Lions First Annual Classic Car Show was a ‘roaring’ success. The Show was held on Sunday, October 26, 2014 at the Alcott Elementary School in Concord. Hundreds of spectators turned out to view the almost 200 cars ranging from restored Model A Fords, to classic Corvettes and Mustangs, to recent specialty cars and trucks on display. Trophies were awarded for Best of Show, People’s Choice, and in six different vehicle classes. The first 100 cars that registered received a commemorative dash plaque – and we quickly “sold out”.

It was a wonderful start to a new Concord Lions annual event!

Best in Show

The Best in Show winner, as voted on by registered car owners, was awarded to Howard Anderson for his 1940 Ford 2-Door Coupe. Congratulations to Mr. Anderson and to all of the winners. We look forward to seeing you and your vehicles at future shows!

Our Sponsors

The Concord Lions wishes to thank the fabulous sponsors of our First Annual Classic Car Show. The Show could not have happened without their generous support. Sponsors of the 2014 Car Show were included in print and online promotional materials and were presented with plaques and/or letters of appreciation. Thank you!
