Concord Lions 2019 Donations to MLERF Recognized

Since 1925, when Helen Keller charged the Lions to be “Knights of the Blind”, Lions Clubs around the world have served and advocated for the blind and visually impaired. The Concord Lions Club donates to several organizations that work with the visually impaired or perform eye research, with our primary focus being the Mass Lions Eye Research Fund. During the Lions 2018-2019 year we donated $18,200 to MLERF, bringing our total to well over $300,000.

Past Presidents Sandra Weakland and Dick Labossiere will happy to accept a plaque from MLERF President Bob Haskell recognizing the years donations.
